Printing for Nashville Permit & Field Sets
Permitting with Metro Codes? Nashville and Davidson County share one consolidated government, so the Metro Department of Codes and Building Safety handles every permit across the county. Commercial building plans are submitted electronically through the Metro e-plan system — paper plans aren’t accepted for commercial review — and commercial projects over $50,000 require plans sealed by a Tennessee-licensed architect or engineer.
But the digital permit is only half the job. Your crew, your subs, and the inspector on site still work off printed sets. We print those field sets, bid sets, and office copies to scale, same-day. Always confirm the current Metro Codes requirements for your project.
