Brochures are tri-folded, which gives you six panels - three on each side - and folds down to fit a standard rack or a business envelope. They are printed on 100lb gloss text, scored before folding so the crease is clean and does not crack through the ink.

We print two sizes flat: 8.5 x 11 inches, which tri-folds to about 3.7 x 8.5 inches and fits a standard brochure rack, and 11 x 17 inches for a larger piece with more room for photographs and detail.

25 tri-fold brochures at 8.5 x 11 are $78.99, 100 are $110.99 and 500 are $222.99. The 11 x 17 size starts at $94.99 for 25. Because setup is most of the cost on short runs, the price per brochure falls sharply as quantity rises.

Design it flat at the full size - 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 17 - with the panels laid out in fold order, and keep important text a quarter inch away from every fold and edge. Send it as a print-ready PDF. If you are unsure of panel order, email us and we will send you a template.

Brochures are printed, scored and folded by our trade partner and typically arrive within four to six business days. Folding adds a day over flat printing, so allow a little more time than you would for flyers.
