Document printing questions

Can I get documents printed the same day?
Yes. Document printing is same-day on orders placed before 4pm ET, because we print it ourselves in our Michigan shop rather than sending it out. That is the main reason to use this rather than ordering flyers - you are paying for turnaround.
How much does it cost to print a document?
Letter size black and white on standard 20lb paper starts at 13 cents a page and falls to 10 cents at higher volume. Colour on the same paper is 44 cents a page, dropping to 35 cents. Legal and tabloid, cardstock and glossy all cost more - the price updates live as you choose above.
What sizes and paper can I print on?
Three sizes: 8.5 x 11 letter, 8.5 x 14 legal and 11 x 17 tabloid. Four papers: standard 20lb printer paper for everyday documents, light cardstock for handouts that need to survive, heavy cardstock for covers and menus, and glossy for photographs and presentations. Glossy is colour only.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, PNG or JPG, up to 20MB. PDF is best for anything with text because the fonts and layout stay exactly as you set them. We proof every file before printing and will contact you if anything looks wrong rather than printing it and hoping.
Can you print double sided?
Yes, and it halves your paper. Choose double sided above and the page count updates to show how many sheets you will actually get - 50 printed pages double sided comes to 25 sheets.
