How much does it cost to set up a school store?
Nothing. We build the store, add the products, and theme it in your school's colors at no cost to the school. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract.
Does our school need to buy inventory first?
No. Nothing is printed until someone orders it, so there is no inventory to purchase, store, count or sell through, and nothing left over at the end of a season.
Who handles printing and shipping?
We do. Orders are printed in our Michigan shop and shipped directly to the customer. Nothing arrives at the school for anyone to sort or hand out.
Does the school have to collect orders or payments?
No. Families order and pay online, the same way they would at any store. There are no forms to collect, no cash or checks to handle and no reconciliation for a volunteer to do.
Can our store stay open all year?
Yes. It is a storefront rather than a one-week drive, so families can order in September and again in April without you running anything again.
Can we use our school colors and logo?
Your colors and mascot, yes - that is the point of the store. For a trademarked logo we need the school's permission to print it, so if your district licenses its marks, tell us and we will work from what you are allowed to use.
How does our school earn money?
A set amount from every order is credited back to the school. We report what was sold and pay the school directly - there is nothing for you to invoice or chase. We will confirm the exact amount per order when we set your store up.
Can parents and students order directly?
Yes. Anyone with the link can order - parents, students, staff, grandparents, alumni - from a phone or a computer, and it ships to their door.
