Our yard signs are printed on 4mm corrugated plastic - the rigid weatherproof board used for real estate, campaign and construction signs. It does not warp in rain or snow, and the UV ink resists fading. A galvanized wire ground stake is included with every sign.

Most yard sign orders are printed and ready within one to three business days. We print in our own Michigan shop, so if you have a hard date - an open house, an election, a game - tell us at checkout and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Yes. Schools, teams and real estate offices regularly order a batch where every sign carries a different name, number or address. There is no extra charge for changing the text between signs - quantity pricing still applies across the whole order.

If the sign sits against a building, a fence or a wall, single sided is fine and cheaper. If it stands in a yard or on a corner where people pass from both directions, print both sides. Most yard signs staked in open ground are ordered double sided.
